Here's a scoop. I have done a little research and discovered some very interesting information.

The current Unichip, used in the XR6 Turbo, isn't able to have a switch with 2 maps. I have been told this by a Unichip installer. So all current Unichips in the "T" are restricted to the one map.

Now heres the SCOOP. There will be a new Unichip released in early 2005 (possibly January) that will have the ability to have 5 maps. These will be able to be changed by a switch.

The possibilites of this are great. This is another example of lots of tuning companies working on the "T".

In the end we are the winners as we get better products to mod our cars.

Yeah me to, havnt got the money to replace my Power Chip but need to get rid of the piece of :w00t2: and get myself a Unichip. I cant even tune the Powerchip :spoton: Grrrrrrrr
