I have been advised that they are now a dealer option. It is unfortunate that they have been added as an option as I feel they should be reserved for the GT and GT-P. Any thought? I reckon they look good on GT / GTPs, if they were actually painted on and had some quality about them then they would be better. It aint my style, and wouldn't think it would be many others.

It's cheesy, tryhard and rice. I think the stripes look v.good (depending on the color combo).GTPChris,The GT and XRs are very similar, to say one is rice and the other is not is complete claptrap. Sheer claptrap in my opinion. I dont have the GT stripes but wouldnt rule out getting them. The starter button in the GT is cheesy! You are way off old chap. Tryhard? Perhaps 15% tryhard...but each to their own.If you think stripes on an XR6T is rice then god knows what you think of some of the done-up Hondas n Excels out there.Rice is dumping your car, adding 20" rims, painting your windscreen wipers and covering your car in stickers.Choose your words more wisely nextime old chap.
