Vik351...do I sense a pattern here ????

How do your tyres last so long ???

How do you get 500k's out of a tank of petrol ???

You may need to check your techniques

Well.. my butt is sore after this one...

Found a bubble in the FL sidewall caused by poor road maintenance ...pothole.

I havn't even reached 20,000K's (just under) and my rear Dunlop SP9000's are shot.

tread is down to the indicators.

Front tyre wear down the center, other front has major wear on the sides... (was I wrong in assuming my new car would have a balanced set of rubber?)

I didn't have too much time in looking for a replacement to the sp9000's and started looking for the best price I could get for them.

5 places quoted me on average $525 fitted and balanced. 245/40/Z18

X3 purchased for $415 each.

After driving a Nissan Navara for a few years, I've been pretty happy with them lol.. well until I checked the tread...

50/50 hwy/cty driving, I do like to push her a bit but new rubber under 20,000k's? no way ...

mr. tyre man says you should get around 40,000k out of them.

I replaced my dunlops with nankangs for $250 each, I have put 11,000 on them and still look new, these are wearing way better than the dunlops did, that and the guy at goodyear recons the sp9000's are sh*t, scrub the inside real bad.

Dazza.

I've had Yokohama, Marshall, Good Year and Dunlop and I've found them all to be second rate compared to the Bridgestone SO3. I'm about to replace my current set within the next week or so which I paid $330ea for. Just like any perfrormance 18" trye dont expect big K's, I get approx 24-25 thousand out of a set rotating them regularly. They are fitted to HWP vehicles so maybe our fellow forum policemen can tell us what they think.

I can only see the S03's in 235/40/18...correct me if I am wrong.
