Perfect, the moment youve been waiting for!!!Start pisisng in SWMBO ear your selling the car ,cause once they have been in a prang, the air bags dont work properly(passenger side especialy),the tyres scrubb out cause the body is twisted,so your up for a new set every 6 months ($1200.00 tell her) if its in a prang again the crumple zones wont crumple etc etc,I think you get the picture.

Same thing nearly happened to me..... Slammed on the picks,ASB saved the day, didnt skidd like I thought, could steer to the side of this wacker.

I strongly sujest you folks go and try emergency braking with your ABS,its just mind blowing how it wont lock up and you can steer it while braking.

Dont find how it works like I did,go and do a few brakings and get a feel>>>

Glad your ok mate, now get to work on the missus :o

Wow Jeff, thanks, that is too generous, I couldn't ask that of anyone. I'm still shaken up and my back's a little tender and neck is really stiff, turn my head to the right and all I hear is "crack", "crack". It's a long way to come as I am in Hemmant, bay side of BNE. I could ask Scotty or someone over this side to possibly take me. I need to be home early aternoon though. Have a Wedding Anniversary dinner planned.

Also cheers Geea.

Vik351, well haha, it is good grounds for the continuing saga/arguement towards getting rid of it. With the insurance, if we are not happy with the repairs, the repairs are guaranteed for the life of the vehicle so if we do have a problem, we contact Suncorp/Metway to get it fixed, the repairer can't get it right, well, AHEM, Mk-II please. :o

I feel your pain brother, nothing worse than being fukced over through no fault of your own.

All the best though with the repairs, and keep the alcohol flowing – it helps ease the pain.

Trent.
