Dummy bidding has been happening for years in the Real Estate and Automotive auctions. But if you closely look at the auction, in alot of cases noone is bidding (like actually putting up their hands), but the auctioneer is going thru the motions that someone is bidding hoping that someone will bite at the right time. Also friends/family bidding scam happens alot. This has been a huge driver in pushing prices up and has been outlawed is some places but should be treated as a criminal offence. You will notice when an unreserved car comes up for auction that the real bidding starts.

Auctions in general can be easily scammed

Its been removed now.

It was a 2004 Typhoon in Rapid for $6000. The seller had only joined eBay a couple of days before listing the car for sale and in the ad he asked people to send questions direct to his Yahoo email.

I just won and received this F6 and all was legit.

I wish.

Man that Scum on that judge Judy clip man that was ORSM.

First time I have really like her out come.

I have been had a few time's myself and Ebay make it so hard to do anything about it.

Even when you have all the evidence and they have all the transcribes between you and the seller, they still can't do jack crap about it.

This guy sold me a new FPV dash cluster, it was pictured and described, however sends me a XR cluster.

So be carefull who you deal with and make sure they have a good feedback history before bidding.
