Full reply from the dodgy blighter -

Hello,

The 2004 BA Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo Manual is in perfect working

condition. My

car  has a CLEAR and CLEAN TITLE a great history and mechanically

without

any problems ever safety check and pre-delivery inspection along with a

fresh servicing before I ship or deliver the vehicle.

The problem is that in the meanwhile I had to move with my family in

Amsterdam, Netherlands where I got a new job as a construction engineer.

I brought the car here with me with the intention of driving it but when

I

found out about the very high import duties and all the restrictions

regarding registration and emissions tests here I have made up my mind

and

decided to sell the vehicle.

The amount you will have to pay in order to own this vehicle is $7,500

AU.

I will take care of all transport arrangements since I am the one

fettered

to sell to Australia.

Here's what I suggest: you make a $3,500 AU deposit in an eBay managed

trust

fund ( they hold the money until you receive the car ), I ship the car

over,

you can inspect it, take it to a mechanic to check it out, drive it and

then

pay the remaining ballance.

If, by any reason, you won't be satisfied with it ( even though I can

assure

you that it is exactly as described), you can return it at my expense

for a

full refund of your deposit, no questions asked. I think this is more

than

fair for the both of us.

If you agree, please provide your full name and shipping address and I

will

get everything started immediately. Afterwards, ebay will invoice you

the

transaction details and payment instructions. All you will need to do is

follow through with their

guidelines.

Thank you!

Solomon

hahhahahaha I recieved the exact same email and when I asked him if it was still for sale his reply was

Hello,

Indeed it is still available for sale... You will get the car to the nearest

airport in your area and then it will be trucked forward to your place.

Usually shipment takes maximum 10 days depending on your location and will

be fully insured against damages, shipped in a crated container. Total price

of the car including all shipping costs and insurance all the way to your

place is $7,500 AU.

The most important thing in all my activity here is that I am affiliated

with eBay where I have a purchase protection account for $10,000 AU. eBay is

the insurer of this transaction by using a certified third party to insure

that both parties comply to transaction requirements.

In order to notify eBay I will need your complete name and shipping address

so I can open a transaction case and they will contact you for further

details and instructions. I want a safe deal and I want to end this

transaction through eBay.

I have a few guys interested so I will need a prompt answer from you!

Kind regards,

Solomon

what a d1ck head :blink::gooff:

Nah, took a 5k loss on it (sold for 26k). But that's life I guess..

Had the car for just over 2 years, had to get it specially built cause of all the options. Was a great car

Oh and the nudge bar is easy to take off, just 4 bolts to unscrew :)

ohh well. yeh well if I had my ps and was looking I really would of considered your car as an option. though I was at the auctions and a factory ba turbo with 80k km was sold off for 16,500. well I guess the other people the guy was talking about being intersted was me, you and paranormal lol. what car are you getting now???
