Do a search under 'tint' and you will find previous discussions on the subject. I've been using them for the past 5 cars I've had and always got 20% fully metallic put on.I have never had any radio reception problems on FM. I do how ever have problems with AM but could not care less. It's a shame your not in Sydney or Canberra. I can get any tints you want for $200. AM reception is shocking on mine, and it has factory tint, it sucks trying to listen to the football. I find it is only bad when there is powerlines overhead.Dazza. Benny Member 1,869 Member For: 21y 8m 17d Gender: Male Location: Newcastle Posted 16/09/04 05:41 AM Share Posted 16/09/04 05:41 AM I got offered to get it done at the dealership for some rediculous price like $400 for 35% but ended up getting the special tint (radio reception), 15% for $200. Unfortunately I'm nowhere near you so can't really help other than to say shop around and warranty is always a good thing. Of course if you have a normal stick type arial than metallic tint wont affect it either way.Dazza.
