Need some help guys/gals.

Seem to have picked up a trojan or something, have tried Spybot and Adaware also Shredder to get rid of the bloody thing, anyone got any ideas.........please!!!!!!. :blink:

I keep getting the same 10 or so ads up every time I switch the computer on, also the online functions are slow. Norton is now picking up the odd virus attack. :sick:

I've just about had a gutsful of these bloody things! :angry:

Stuff it.......going for a blat in the 'fox' to calm me down!!!! :angry:

another idea.....

backup all your valuable documents and totally Reformat your hardrive

btw.. stop looking up Porn and u wont get trojans and spywares :P

go to google and search

Avg Anti-Virus

its a free anti virus with free definitions

check your "Add/Remove" programs in the control panel... sift through there and if there is somthing there that you dont think should be, get rid of it, and search it on the net, and then remove it from your registry, I know its a long proccess, but it will get rid of it all for you...

And I don't go to porn sites.......mate!!!. :nono:

Now #1 son is 12 and curious......also dead if he has been visiting them, cardinal rule #1, visit porn sites on your mates computer......thus endeth the lesson!! :lol:

Note: Since I have typed this reply 4 of the fu ck'n things have poppe (make that 5) d up.......if ever there is a reason for 'Justifiable Homicide' this is it!!! :angry:

That program is not that good, I ran a scan through my computer just now and it found nothing wrong then I did the same thing with Sophos and found this Troj/Adclick-K detected in C:\Program Files\Sophos SWEEP for NT\Infected\svhost.000

I had a HEAP of trouble with popups and didn't have any success removing them, so what I did what put all the crap I needed on to another HD then got someone to format the rooted one. It goes heaps better now. I had literally about 50 popups, I think I posted a picture on here a while ago of my screen. When I got my HD formatted I got norton antivirus put on it and it seems to run a heap better without spyware. :spoton:
