na I have to say if ford drop blue print they have seriously lost it..

but the sound of a lighter coloured phantom sounds hot!

I never liked phantom cause you could never see the real purple colour unless under some hot sunshine.

they should make a real vibrant purple!

yum!

Get rid of Narooma or Gongo green, arrrrgggghhhhh, what r they doin`!!!!!!!!!!

Bright yellow? Oh hang on. Wait...Wait............ There we go, that's beter.

Would not surprise me if Ford dropped Blueprint, that is a regular occurrence when a colour becomes to popular, I remember them doing it with Everglade-EB, Cobalt Blue ED-EF, Black Pearl EB-ED, Heritage Green EF-EL, Galaxy EL-AU-AUII... there's more to that list.

YES it's offical Congo Green is gone replaced by "Harvest Green"

"an intensely deep green with shimmering gold highlights "

The answer from Ford regarding replacing Blueprint is "who said that we don't know " There is some other colours coming but no one will tell what they are

Agree with everything bar XR8Chic. Don't get rid of Blueprint yet I need it for another six months at least. :o Still I want to see the new colours. They will make for a tough choice next year. :laughter:

Just think, if Blueprint was discontinued, would you want to get rid or your XR6T? May be worth a bit more than the other colours in a few years. People may pay a slightly higher price for a discontinued colour.

It is getting a little too popular though. I've said often enough that I favour Blueprint over the second choice, Phantom. Get this, my street alone, there are 2 Blueprint XR6 N/A Ute's, all within 150 metres apart from each other. Imagine if our BA XR6 Sedan was Blueprint as well?

Hey, if they dropped 'Blueprint' and if we were going for a 'series II', the choice would be so easy...

Phantom :D

wouldnt suprise me either, however I do want them to continue with Narooma blue that is one hot colour a nice deep blue which really does make XR's and even the lower and upper class models very in your face but acceptable at the same time if that makes any sence at all.

Congo is going to be replaced for a fact it was announced not so long ago in a motoring section where ford were talking about revamping their colour range for BA 2

Congo wasnt a bad colour if the car was set up right other wise looked bland and boreing IMO.

It'd be great to see the light silver colour that was in the AU's and is commonly seen on SS's. One of my mates has an AUI with that silver and I was disappointed to see that Mercury Silver was the only colour like it available which is considerably darker.

As for the yellow, a colour like Devil on the Monaro as well as the yellow they had on the 200SX would be a sweet colour on the XR6-T.
