I am noticing my T scraping into my driveway no mater what angel I approach on. With my wife it does it worse, I can only think the suspension is settling after 10,ooo km.

I am after some ideas on solving the problem.

Modifying the driveway will not be realistic, so I am up to raising the T.

Should I look at springs or air shocks, I figure I only need to go up 15mm to solve the problem.

Thanks

I have the same problem with the wifes white one which has 22,000 on the clock!

I had to pop the sides back on the front spolier the other day!

The red one has heaps more clearance in the front end!

It's the same story with diff/transmission clunk one has it, the other doesn't!

What the ?????

This doesn't make sense to me, as you get bigger rims then the tyre profile getts lower so there is no advantage, unless of course you have a higher tyre profile. But then your speedo would be out.

Mine actually went up in the ground clearance a bit when I went from 17" to 19" with 35 profile I remeber having the two wheels next to each other before putting them on and the 19' was definately taller.

I reckon there is a market for someone to get an approved system that allows for low speed air suspension rise for driveways & speed bumps. But yes Mal I think the lads are correct, taller rims.
