I do my oil and filter, rotate wheels, fit new pads, have to let those mongrels have it back to keep the warranty sweet,

While waiting for my bomb the other day,I was leaning against the garage doorway,as you do,watching the jerk putting the wheel back on a T,,

shoved on the wheel...started off the nuts by hand...then got the rattle gun...did up #1 till the gun stopped...then to my surprise(as if this wasnt bad enough)did #2,#3,#4,#5.

No star pattern,no nothing,no tourque wrench,NFI

And they wonder why thers brake shudder, etc

You can see on their faces they have to be there, they dont want to be there and take pride in their work, just robots.

Your little bloke around the corner would love to work on your T,even wipe his spanners down before touching it,He owns the business,he greets you at the door, you tell him what you want done where that little squeek, and when that little squeek comes

He is the bloke that works on the car, knows what youve said ,your depth of passion .

Not some job card brrrrrrrrrrdt out of a computer, cold impersonal..number 62

DOOR SQUEEKING...LUBE AS REQUIRED

What sh!ts me the most, you say something is wrong,NO IT ISNT,yes it is ,NO IT ISNT,yes it is...untill you give up and go away

that's the way my mobb are here, not saying its the case in all ford dealers, but sadly its rife at norwood,,,Just ask voy

I have never had trouble getting stuff fixed like you have, but you should have seen the spit on of the mechanics threw when he was told he had to stay back and clean paper out of my intake that some other dumb ass put there, I know it wasnt his fault and would have been thinking get the other *beep* back, but if you really enjoyed working for your employer you would have done it just to keep there company's name in good order, hell I've gotta do it on a daily basis.

Is Bryan Byrt Ford at Mt Gravatt still there, I had a car serviced there years ago, with some potentially deadly aftereffects.

Ford won't see my car unless it's warranty work....I know they have to learn somewhere but apprentices, school kids won't be touching my beast ever again..

Who,

This is what Ford want you to think.

As long as you have a stamped service book or have receipts for the work done as required by the service handbook, you are covered.

Due to trade practices legislation they must honor the warranty, even if they have never serviced the car.
