Guest Lara Guests Posted 28/08/04 06:34 AM Share Posted 28/08/04 06:34 AM www.xr6-turbo.com.au isn't Nizpro, it is owned by a company called Autotechnique which has been a Late model camira specialst for years and recently goy into the Fords.Good point, though it is worth noting they work closely with Nizpro and both use the Cobra kits (web page information on Cobra kits is the same on both). Well I think that’s understandable as they are distributors for the cobra kits. Stock exhaust @ 340rwkw but he sells the remus exhausts... now I'm a complete monkey when it comes to mechanics but after reading lots of things on here my response / query is.... wouldn't he need to run a larger intercooler to get that type of power? and if so then wouldn't he need a higher flow exhaust system otherwise the back pressure would be too great...c) isn't www.xr6-turbo.com.au a Nizpro website? Been a while since I've looked at it... yes he has one of the cobra stage III kits on it ring and ask him (03) 9763-1195. Not doubting you on the cobra kit, its the stock exhaust system that is hard to believe.Dazza. The APS exhaust is a work of art. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/12510-aps-vs-remus/page/4/#findComment-159238 Share on other sites

Mine was the first Stage 3, and with my old dual 2.5" Tuffy exhaust made 340rwkw. Based in Melbourne, Nizpro decided to extend their Stage 3 offering to include a Remus exhaust to keep the power output level similar to my car.I know that last December the gold Nizpro car that was runing a Motec and Remus exhaust was putting out 426rwkw.Brian Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/12510-aps-vs-remus/page/4/#findComment-159248 Share on other sites

You'll find the regulars on here don't need to have information crammed down their throat. Until someone takes the dip and posts detailed results of their trip down REMUS lane then we'll take the watery information and claims with the due small pile of salt that it deserves...Happy driving!Miyagi Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/12510-aps-vs-remus/page/4/#findComment-159504 Share on other sites
