I am trying to find some Adelaide Grand Prix plates for my car! Does anyone know of someone that is selling theirs or how to obtain these type of plates? Do people know what I am on about? They are either black with white numbers or white with black numbers and have the AGP logo on them. They only have numbers on them no letters.

Thanks

I know the number plates you are talking about. I'm not sure, but I would say that you would need to buy them off of somebody who already has some. I think they were only issued in 1985 (the first year of the F1GP in Adelaide). Might pay to contact Transport SA. You never know, they might hold on to them when people no longer want them.

Ok, my bill was calculated as follows:

$240.00 45,000km/3yr service

$ 12.28 Oil Filter

$ 34.81 Filter Air Cleaner

$ 63.00 Castrol FMX 15w40 (7L)

$ 09.00 Environmental Waste Disposal

$ 11.00 Workshop consumables

$ 15.70 Engine oil flush

$ 54.50 Wheel alignment, rotate, balance

That all adds up to $440.29.

Add 10% Great Stupid Tax ($44.03).

All adds up to $484.32.

Spent an interesting Sunday morning last(with a slight hangover)at the Port Elliot Pits at a birthday bash on the go-karts.What a hoot.Booked 3 sessions and at the end of it.........Totally shattered!Boy wonder and I cleaned up the rest but the B@stard still beat me,power to weight ratio advantage I think.We were lapping in 33's lap record high 31's.If you guys haven't been there its a bitumen outdoor track with a mini speed bowl and one long straight (like a little Eastern Creek).It can be group hired and also hired at night under lights.Great fun and hard work but highly recommended :w00t2:Could organize a cruise around it at some stage.

Sounds like a great idea. I'd definitely be interested. :w00t2:

What did you think of PII Glen? :w00t2:

Loved it. Sounds great and the acceleration is amazing... especially when I think about the fact that you had your tool box in the back!
