Guest cul08r Guests Posted 26/08/04 01:31 AM Share Posted 26/08/04 01:31 AM What the papers say and what people are getting is two very different prices. My mate has a T ute, 12/03, 6000ks 18s sound and is asking $36k for it. He has had 1 phone call in 6 weeks.I was asking $35,900. Even the dealers are VERY negotiable. I am going to have some fun with them today...Andrew

Your car was in my price range, but I wanted an auto, like more than half of the buyers out there. The colour would not be my first choice either (no offence!) and I think based on the number of orange T's out there, it is not the first choice of many buyers. The fleet manager at work was saying the hero colours are seeing $1-2K less at sale time, because they take longer to sell.

Sure, silver and red are nice, but *beep* they're boring! Who hasn't owned / driven a standard colour car??!I knew mine would be harder to sell being Citric Acid, but couldn't care less really... I like the colour!Glad you finally moved your beast, Andrew. If you could get me in touch with the buyer (if that's OK with him) then let me know... I'm in Sutherland Shire too so I'm sure I'll see him around.
