Does it go by the std package or what you had on the car ??PS Vik, I cant comment on the ride with 20's but the ride with 19's (and lowered) was a bit firmer but nothing major. I was actually impressed. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/12479-20-wheels/page/2/#findComment-158185 Share on other sites

Falcon is available with 18's, so a 19 in rim is legal.Late model camira derivatives are available OEM with 19's (HSV), so you can fit a 20 and remain legal.WRX's have 17's from the factory, so 18 is the maximum. Therefor whenever you see a Rex cruising around with 19s, it can be defected (and probably will, hey Plonk? )Correct me if I am wrong Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/12479-20-wheels/page/2/#findComment-158189 Share on other sites
FPV GTHO Member 118 Member For: 20y 8m 21d Posted 25/08/04 06:41 AM Share Posted 25/08/04 06:41 AM I think the big issue about it is how it changes the speedo reading, so if you did get 20's fitted, had it checked out and everything recalibrated I dont see why yu wouldnt be able to continue driving around. its a bit weird though that an Executive that comes standard with 15's can legally have 20's, but an XT with 16's can only have 19's Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/12479-20-wheels/page/2/#findComment-158245 Share on other sites

XRPhantom Member 173 Member For: 21y 5m 22d Location: NSW Posted 26/08/04 01:07 AM Share Posted 26/08/04 01:07 AM Well that's funny, I have 20 inch mags on my BA ute and they are fully insured through NRMA. They can be as big as you like as long as they aren't wider than 7.5" and the mag isn't under the guard (Even when loaded) ie...You can still see the tyre.
