I only have 18s on my car because 17s won't clear the brake calipers. I like 15s on smaller cars. The bigger wheels only look good if you have BIG brakes behind them. If you like the look yourself and can afford the tyres then go for it.PS I do like the 20 inch wheels on my bus though ... You'll wanna be really good at dodging holes with those on. I learnt pretty quick when I got my 18"s. Also if you want your wheels to look big then drop the car down a bit if you haven't already. Some wheels look smaller than others. Its an illusion thing. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/12479-20-wheels/#findComment-157480 Share on other sites

FPV GTHO Member 118 Member For: 20y 8m 20d Posted 24/08/04 11:16 AM Share Posted 24/08/04 11:16 AM apparently you can get 400mm rotor packages for skylines so they'd fill the 20" quite nicely. im of the opinion though that big wheels look worse with small brakes, even 16" look too big if all youve got is some piddly little drummies behind them, or the stock 260mm rotors with single piston calipers.
