TurboDewd, I don't know if you're going to get very far with this poll. I, for one, really couldn't give a about the US government.

I when I constantly hear "George Bush this, george Bush that..." on the TV or the radio.

ONE thing on Hick's however, the 'peacekeeping' weapons that were misrepresented in the 'papers. That was when he was a mercanery in Central Europe, at the time, what he was doing and who he was fighting for were (according to some), the 'Good Guys'. ...but now, doing the same thing, he a big bad terrorist.

I don't agree with mercs at all, whether it be people like Hicks, Castro sending Cuban's to Central Africa or the American 'Advisors' in Vietnam, I just like a bit of eveness.

And as for Mandhou Habib (sp?) wasn't he actually picked up in a neutral country such as Egypt or Pakistan?

I believe you, Hicks sounds like a misguided fool. If the bloke is a criminal, lock him up.

My worry is for our Aussie troops in future.

I just hope other countries dont copy the US. I hope our POWs are treated humanely if we ever have any in future.
