carty - boof ran a exede and geea had done pretty much his own mods also.

But you should have no problems pulling the exede out of the car, my dealings with insurance companies when I have written off cars is, you can take it if its not on the policy, except if it needs to be there to make the car complete. Eg. If you change the wheels and the car is insured with alloys, you can take the alloys that are on the car as long as you replace them with another type of alloy wheel, same as sound systems, steering wheels etc.

Save you some $$$ on BOOF 2.

Craig,

Sorry to hear the bad news, worst piece of bad luck I've heard.

Hopefully it won't take you too long to get BoofII up and running.

Maybe with your next T you can go for one that has a top coat as well :pooh:

All the best with hunting for a bargan price !!

Daniel

Wow! :crybaby:

I haven't checked the site in a week and look at what happens!

Sorry to hear about it Craig, but glad you are ok. THE thing I remember about that car was the exhaust note... Whoa! Better make that a high priority for Boof II, an intergral part of the package!

Craig, I am in shock :crybaby: Mate what can I say, Boof was one sweet ride. I was only talking to you the other day and I could here you giving it some stick in the background, man I cannot believe that.

If you still have the car and need a hand to strip anything off let me know.

R.I.P - BOOF!

Your car rocked - it was one of my favourite T's dude! You had the balls to make it unique and freckin quick.

All the best with your future plans mate - knowing you, I'm sure your next baby will be atleast as equally impressive as Boof. You could try by starting with a real colour this time round.. :spoton:

Damn Geea, sorry to hear about Boof - un#$%^believable - that is a weird accident but at least you weren't hurt. I think I'd be looking for someone to sue. Good luck with mk2.

Sorry to hear Craig , But I know you wont take it lying down and there will be a quciker meaner sexier(oops just thinking about the girls at your work) T in the not to distant future.Between you and me I saw the heading for this thread before but I thougt that boof was your dog, it wasnt till I looked inside that I understood it was your car. The Main thing you werent hurt cars can always be replaced.

Cheers
