As a work vehicle I will have access to a company bowser that is only standard ulp.

Just make sure you do your sums right and make sure its at least 95RON after adding the octane booster . If I was considering this I would seek professional advice ! Last thing u want is for your motor to go pop .

I don't think so ... the amount you'd have to add would be about 3 containers to a tankful and if you add up the cost it is way above what premium fuel would be. Also the octane boost additives are known to contain ingredients that are harmful to your engine with prolonged use.

I use the race formula from wynns. my octane rating would be over 100.

If your NOT doing a lot of towing or heavy accelleration where you are loading the motor down continuously, ULP should be fine. Its not the best for performance, but manufacturer handbook indicates it will run on ULP / PULP. I would NOT use an octane booster as an ongoing additive. It is useful in those circumstances, where if you have a modified T and require 95~98 octane minimum, and can't get it. Keep a couple of bottles handy for that situation.cheers
