Guest Tancxr6 Guests Posted 12/03/03 05:57 AM Share Posted 12/03/03 05:57 AM I was about to order a new blueprint xr6t with leather, premium sound, seq-shift, and momo shifter. and delivery is going to be a staggering 4 to 5 months!!!!!!I want to know if I should hold out for series 2 BA's to come out. does anyone know anything about when they are coming out? or whether they are worth waiting for? I would wait til the end of this year, but anymore than that will be too long.any feedback would be appreciated.p.s. I love these cars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guest raoulc Guests Posted 12/03/03 09:58 AM Share Posted 12/03/03 09:58 AM There will always be a new model. I always want toys NOW. Yesterday is even better. I bought my car in Dec with Nov compliance so its a 2002 model not 2003. I could have waited and got a 2003 - yeah right - who cares. I've already enjoyed my car for almost 3 months now.Beat that for logic.

Go to the dealer now and place your order for Series II that way you'll be first in line. I don't think they are due to be released until late next year though. Guest UNB-10 Guests Posted 13/03/03 02:00 AM Share Posted 13/03/03 02:00 AM All the bugs? I think for the number of cars produced there has been relatively few problems. The problems we hear of arn't common problems with all XR6Turbos. The only thing I've ever had go wrong was the engine cut out, not sure why, but that was at 3000kms now done 5000kms and no other problems. And like Dagabond said there could always be similar problems or different problems in series II.

There will always be something bigger, better, faster just around the corner. If you wait for series II that will mean a series III will be coming and maybe you will need to wait for that. Oh wait after the series III there may be a new model....
Guest Phantom Guests Posted 13/03/03 02:10 AM Share Posted 13/03/03 02:10 AM I'm sure that if we did a poll asking those who have taken delivery whether they regret not waiting for the series 11 release at the end of next year the vote would be 50 to 0.Tancxr6 what are you waiting for order your car now. You won't regret it I promise.
