What was she thinking? "oh, I moved right and ran into something. But that's OK, maybe if I keep going it'll move too, and everything will be fine" When I pulled over to where you see my car and got out and said "What the *bleep* do you think you were doing" at rather a loud volume, all she said was "But I indicated". Said it several times. I suspect she had no damned idea I was there. But, as you say, still can't fathom why the hell she didn't go back from hence she came when a) she heard the rather loud horn b) when she heard the brakes lock c) when we hit 'corners' d) when she bounced off the front door or e) when she bounced off the rear door I rang the insurance company later to advise that I had photo's. They said "Don't bother, she failed to give way to the right. Open and shut and the damage to your car will bear that out. We'll call you if we need them." Cool.Lightning.... I had a similar incident with an ipswich city council truck, I was in the right lane of the highway in my girlfriends silvia, the truck merged onto the highway from my left straight accross the left lane and squashed the silvia between the truck and the guard rail. He blamed me because he was indicating. The really f*cked up thing was that the council union rep got there before the tow truck driver, and the first thing he asked was I physically ok, so I said dont worry mate I'm not going to sue you, he said good and walked off. What a head. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/12189-7000-damage-looks-like-this/page/2/#findComment-151350 Share on other sites

If your getting a new bonnet, have you thought about a bulge. Its a great oportunity as you only need to pay the difference in price between the stock bonnet and the bulge one. If you go genuine the difference is about $1000 but I believe that you can get them non genuine for a lot less.Geea.
