Shouldn't be to far away now.. We are still in testing.. We are making good power (approx 250kW's at wheels.) at present. Stay in touch over the next month or so..

Regards,

Scott.

SOUNDS GOOD!! :)

Guys 350kws is easy. Ive shown you guys my calculations where I arrived at 450kws with under 17psi boost. With appropriate turbo and intercooler efficiency, 98 RON fuel will run at 17psi boost without dropping the static compression ratio.

I reckon you will see 350kws with the standard turbo and only bolt on changes plus ECU modification. Im still waiting to get the compressor map but based on the size of it, 350kws should be flown by the factory turbo.

Its a fallacy to suggest "fuel enrichment" is an effective method for countering detonation.

Sorry dude, more homework required.

no mention of standard injector size limitations.

So Esky are you trying to claim that "fuel enrichment" is a valid detonation cure?

Its has not, and will never be, that.

At 17psi, despite me not currently having the compressor map, I think Im going to have to prepare for a turbo swap. I also appreciate the feulling requirements are going to have to be modified to flow the required fuel.

However, "fuel enrichment" is right up there with Brocks catalyser and its not going to do squat.

What matters is the efficiency of the intercooler and the efficiency of the turbo to keep intake charges dense and cool while 17psi over atmospheric is being rammed down the valves.

What I'm saying is that there is no way you will run 17psi with the standard injectors and have the correct air fuel ratio. My rotaries standard injectors are larger than the XR6T ones.

ATM its all paper talk.
