I wonder if that female security guard will use the "concussion defence" It could work for her as it did look like she had the crap beaten out of her.

They should make a rule 2 wrongs DO make it right. If you decide to rob someone, you have no rights under civil or criminal law. If you pull a knofe on me and try to rob me, I will have the right to use any force I deem nessassary.

That might make them think twice before doing bad things

Whether or not it's right or wrong in the eyes of the law I think I would do the same as the security guard without hesitation. The world is a better place without scum like this.

I was actually placed on a assault charge for splitting someone’s head open on the pavement a couple of years back after he tried to snatch my wallet while I was at an ATM, luckily sense prevailed and the banks security cameras got me off, but I would do it all again if placed in the same situation.

See if you would do his job, whether he is a good bloke or a socially retarded intravert, that is one of, if not the most, stupid post I have ever seen. You don't wish that sort of experience on anyone. I hope for your sake you are never placed in his situation.

And naming someone? Good work.

What would have happened if said police officer shot this guy dead, would it have been open and shut? Since the police officer involved could more than likely prove that the WRX was heading for him, and the guy wouldnt have to go through this sh*t. Or would it have been said that he should have fired at the vehicle trying to disable it?

Maybe Plonky can respond.

No offence taken.

I am just so frustrated by good people being accused or sued for doing the right thing where stuipd people and criminals seem to always have the law on their side.

There are too many examples of when the bad guy wins and is made out to be the victim. If people want to do illegal things, they should waiver their right to the laws that protect us from these bottom feeding scum. If you break the law, do not expect the law to support your case for compensation.

I feel for the security guard as she was a victim of the situation. If that criminal did not rob her, she would not have shot him. He took the risks and paid the ultimate price. She should be given a medal, this make make criminals think twice.
