Cop gets off shooting charge

I have been following a story on the news over the past few weeks about a NSW police detective who was charged for shooting a ramraider.

I was astounded that he was ever charged considering that this lowlife scum was trying to run him over with his stolen WRX. Unfortunatly the cop was not the best shot and this scumbag lived. He is now sueing NSW Police for being shot.

What has happened to this world. This scumbag says " you should not be shot at for a B & E". This makes my blood boil for 2 reasons:

The cop was charged for excessive force and this lowlife scumbag will have his day in court for compo. I bet he is even getting legal aid to sue them.

The good news is the charges were dropped and they are considering charging the scumbag for using a car as a deadly weapon, I hope he gets assraped in jail.

I think that the NSW police beurocrats should have a long had look at how this cop was charged in the first place and put him through 4 years of stress only to drop the charges.

Fascinating subject this.

Today a female 'security guard' shot a thief dead who assaulted her with a knuckle duster. Apparently she shot him dead thru the driver's window when the car was stationary. Bad luck to the stupid thief for being an idiot...but this security guard looks like she wont be able to use self defence as a reason to shoot him.

It will be very interesting to watch the result. I suspect things dont bode well for her.

If she claimed that she thought he had a gun and he was going to shoot her, she should be right.

If Mr WRX was driving at the cop, Mr WRX deserves a bullet hole or two.

If you choose to live outside of the law, then don't expect to hide behind it when things don't go your way.

I get the feeling that she may have been more interested in saving the money for the "owners" of the hotel.

She might find time in jail preferable to loosing money that belongs to "those people"

Well if I copped a hiding with a set of knuckledusters and had a gun in my pocket I would probably have done the same....just never know until it happens I guess...

As for the moron in the wrx,I hope these limp wristed pollies are happy with the way this country is going....
