Understandably, you became a little irate with the the tenor of the replies to your initial requests. But we are only human. You just need to appreciate the humour from the guys here (many of whom, through trial and error and lots of their own hard-earned dollars, are T gurus in every sense of the term). But if you don't appreciate it, then you really need to look at the catalyst for the replies you got. At that stage I hadn't figured it out for myself and was genuinely curious.What a joke! Jep's diagram would've been a revelation to them.But then, product knowledge stopped being a pre-requisite for sales work decades ago. I had one salesman try to tell me that the intercooler was actually on top of the engine block (where the two intake pipes are joined)Of course I did what anyone else would in my situation - played along with what he was telling me, and then pointed out the size of the oil cooler in front of the radiator (the actual IC) and said I assume that was the transmission cooler (on a manual mind you) - and he nodded in agreeance the poor bas*ard.I should really go back and set him straight.Trent.
