Yep I have the Luxury pack option.

Ducati, I was suprised to see the boost peak up to .7, but it want down to .4 pretty quickly, but there was no cut.

Mine was the same when it was stock, it would peak at just under 10 and then back down to 5 psi very quickly.....felt good for that split second....now it goes to 15 everytime and stays there :k24t:

When l fitted my boost gauge in it would read 0.6 bar and now and then it reads 0.4 to 0.5 bar, so what is that excactly in psi...is that 7psi?

1 bar = 14.5 psi.

it could be a case of where he installed the pick-up for the boost gauge, the piping and inercooler is pretty restrictive, so 5psi at the throttle I've heard would be about 8 or 9psi at the turbo outlet...
