I am very impressed with the work APS have done and their results speak for themselves, BUT I have great difficulty differentiating between the sales-speak of this person and what is fact. This thread has now brought me to the point where I don't think I could bring myself to be confident in dealings with them.

Read what hes said. Me thinks theres some playing with words here. Its should be made clear if it had one in for the show and if it has been removed.Tony

That is not denied. It has been removed, with a T5 back in.If Peter doesn't want to add anything more that's his right.Brian

Some of the post just after your pic seamed to implying that Peter was saying the car never had a T56 in it. I was pointing out what you just said. All be it may be not clear enough. The public know there was one in it. To me he does him self no service at all by being so evasive. Why not just say yep guys we put one in for the show and now we have taken it out. Simple clear. I come here for information and would expect that someone in Peters position would be clear about somthing that is in the public domain.Quick clear facts take all the bull out. Just my opinionCheersTony Edited 13/07/04 09:14 AM by Worpor

What stage upgrade was this car that allegdly had the T56 in it? (I have assumed a Stage II or above)2. What has been the APS stance on the T5 gearbox in that stage upgrade (ie APS advises should upgrade/should suffice)?Regards,BA_Turbs(Antony)

If your going to drive hard most of the time want to do a few burnouts, neither trans will hold up for long with even Phase II. With about 5 decent burnouts 1 big static one 2 runs down the drag strip and 10 000 kms at Phase II every bearing bush cluch and band in my box was stuffed.A little bit off the question.
