Sorry again for the silence, I have been away for business.

After much haggling with WSID today I can offer the following;

Whole track hire, on a Saturday, max 30 cars 10am-4pm $133 per car

Whole track hire, on a weekday, max 30 cars 10am-4pm $116 per car

A dedicated staging lane (no prestaging in the car park like last time) wed 28/07/04 3pm-10pm $45.00 per car pre payment required.

I think the last is the most economical. I know that this forum has some events around this time so could you please let me know your opinions on the date.

The money side we will fix up later.

I would also love to do a whole track hire but there is not enough time.

I will hold another day ASAP where we will hire the track for the day.

So at the moment I need to see some confirmations for WED 28 July 3pm-10pm followed by a beer & Pizza.

So come guys its night time and its cold. that means faster times and bigger audience.

I think the guys were planning on running next Wed ( 21/7/04 ) as this was convenient to the majority of the turbo drag racing fraternity. Is it possible to co-ordinate the LS1 v T on this date instead of the following week ??

I think that the pre-booked staging lane is a great idea and I hope that after meeting previously everyone will be a bit more relaxing about handing over their money for the convenience

Cannot make 28th due to a pre booked meeting fest pfffft

Well better late than never I suppose, I am still waiting on a confirmation back from WSID.

I know the the stagging lane hire Will be ok even though they did not get back to me late friday night.

I think we should proceed as planned. We will pay at the gate as you would on a normal day.

Could everybody coming please try and get there at 2.30 to ensure we can get everything underway.

Please look out for me, I will have stickers for the cars windscreens. I will be in a black VY Berlina with a Sams performance on the rear window.

Could everybody who is definately coming on 28/07/04 please PM me ASAP with your first name, mobile number & rego number.

Wow!! At last,

I just got off the phone from WSID and everything is arranged.

Please just pay as normal, do your paperwork and go to scrutineering. I will find you and put a sticker on your windscreen.

When you go to stage make sure that you look for the V8OWNERS.COM staging lane. This will have a sign at the entrance to the staging lane. This is only for our group.

Please look for me so that I can put a sticker on your car. if you dont have my mobile number already please PM me.
