How exactly is that meaningless dribble supposed to add to this thread. You have been a member for nearly 11 months and posted 27 times. Do you think posting crap like that is going help other forum members. Exactly what mods has your turbo got and what sort of times are you running. When was you APS kit fitted and what sort of power did you achieve. How much experience have you had with other non APS modded cars.I believe that APS have a good product, but its not the only good product out there for the "T". There are lots of different options available, some good and some not. Post like yours aren't going to help people make informed decissions. Geea. turbotrana Member 2,586 Member For: 21y 11m 10d Gender: Male Posted 03/07/04 07:53 AM Share Posted 03/07/04 07:53 AM The BA Turbo rod has part number BA6200A around $232 each new. The BA LPG rod is part number BA6200B $40 each new. Both have bushed ends, both look very similar to one another although there may be different metalergy. In comparison to an EF/EL rod the BA rod has slighly less crossectional area around the beam but definately looks stronger in big end area. But there has been talk that the FPV turbo cars are going to use a stronger rod that is used in the LPG BA (have they made a newer rod for these????)Now I've checked with Ford and they only have BA6200B listing for the LPG rod and my Ford contacts (which are useless) can only find this part number. Does anyone know of a part number for the "stronger" LPG style rod that FPV are going to use???

Wont know until the Typhoon is released, and all the parts are listed on the electronic parts catalogue.Maybe a "Ford insider" can get you a part number earlier than I can...... I dont see aps having any problem with their kits or their cars like other tuners have, when those other tuners hit 307km/h then you can talk l8r.. When were you at Heathcote, I've been there a few times and never seen a BA of any sort run a 12.2. What day were you at Heathcote I'd probably know a few of the people that were there. Dont suppose you could post a time slip?Seeing as how you have the APS II no doubt you could get Peter to confirm your Kw figures. Just send Peter a pm and I'm sure he'll do that for you. Unless of course you can post them yourself.Regarding having owned more than I have driven mine, how could you have any idea of how much driving I've done. So lets you stop the Bullsh*t and start showing some substance. Obviously your in Melbourne, how about we meet up and have a few runs. Heathcote, Calder or the front of your house I dont really care.
