I know Steve from Redcliffe Dyno and Performance was selling them. And I think off the top of my head it was close to $2000 fitted and painted. I think.

JB: just so ya know, I'm refering to the earlier fibreglass XR8buldge bonnets that had a fibreglass section at the back, not that new shaker air scoop that is pictured on the red GT.

In this pic, at the back of the Buldge you can see a seperate section, this is the heat extraction vents.

Will try and find a better angle pick when I get home tonight...

I've also just learned that the cost of the shaker (like on the red GT) is........wait for it......... $1,500 plus $400 installation.

Nice additions, but at a hell of a cost. Especially for we Sydneysiders who already spend fortunes on tolled roads, tunnels and bridges and stuff.

I bet they'd lose that much resale off the car by putting one of them things on too
