Not from over revving, from the ECU getting confused because front wheels are still and rear wheels are spinning causing heaps of excess fuel to be dumped in the motor. He reckons he had this problem with his GT, now on his second motor after 7000km because of it. He reckons he knows of two other GTs had the same problem! I've never heard of it before, I'm sure lots of people here have had their stock XR6Ts and GTs dynoed with no ill effects. You sure he or they turned his TC off..
