Calder was good to all last night. I had a new PB of 12.54 and a new PB top speed of 112.05mph. All up m,y car had 5 runs and all were 12.69 or better.

Rocket drove it twice for 2 good times aswell. the car ran the following times for the night.

12.675@109.82

12.542@111.33

12.640@110.90 (Rod drove)

12.670@???? (Rod Drove)

12.698@112.05

There were no 60' times given on the night which was dissapointing.

I got to the track late due to a busy day and the car never really cooled down properly. Hopefully next week with a bit more time to cool down the car can run sub 12.5

Great result! Looks like the special XEDE re-tune is working.... plus your driver skill.

Mick, you're right (again). :w00t2: I have plans to get an intercooler fitted (not soon though). When I do I will have a 10psi map like I currently have that will be my daily map and I will have a 12-14psi map that will hopefully have 285-300rwkw's, this will be the race map. I'm hoping this will put me in the 11's on street tyres. I haven't tried any of the ideas yet Vik, but I'm giving the water spray a serious thought at the moment.

The first run 12.675@109.82 was with my daily map so I'm pretty happy with that for 10psi and not really cool enough. The 12psi is only a little quicker, I think this is probably due to the heat in the intercooler.

Hopefully next friday I'll get to Calder earlier so I can let the car cool down a bit. It's not really fair driving 50km's in stop start peak hour traffic and expecting it to perform at its peak without a proper cooldown first.

Thanks for all the nice words guys. :spoton:
