I didn't have a problem after the 15,000km service.

So, it depends on what the upgrade ECU program is for.

I think the majority of reprogram has been centred around cold start idle, idle particularly with the AC on, automatic shift points, etc. rather than boost or air/fuel ratios.

If the latter occurs, then yea, a dynotune would be necessary.

How many $$$$$$ are you allocating for the auto upgrade?

Probably to get the auto done properly will be around the 2k mark
