I took my stock T to willowbank last night to get some base run figures before I start chipping/modding etc. I must say I was a little dissapointed, my best run was a 14.630 at 155.41 kph. I was hopeing for around a 14.1-14.2. Although I never did worse than a .612 reaction time which I am proud about, and did run a faster time than a GT which my mate tells me was chipped and had 320kw at the fly wheel.

It was a very fun experience and I am definatley going to go phase 1 (cause that's all the budget allows for at this stage.) ASAP.

My order of mods are going to go like such, please let me know if there is a better order to do them, keeping in mind preserving my drive train is important.

Phase 1 - with chip, injectors, exhaust, intake.

Auto transmission upgrade

Valve springs

Complete phase 2

Mate just proceed straight to APS phase II with upgraded valve springs and auto upgrade as Big Mick did, and run a 12.48 second pass at 115 mph, and that's on street rubber and at street tyre pressure. :lol:

would love to but the budget doesnt let me. Out of curiosity what would the price of a phase 2 with auto and valce springs be?

I know it would be up to you turb06, but when you look at both prices and power gain, getting phase 2 would be more resonable, so if you maybe waited and got the money for it, you would be more happy with the result, and be happy that you waited...

but hey, im jus tthorwing it out there for an idea... because it would be more money if u got phase1 and then got phase 2 a few months after that or whatever...

I would have thought that your time was pretty damn good for your first outing I hope this is not too off topic and it may have been covered before but what are the best times known for stock T's

Just got my car fixed today so it's no longer hitting the boost cut. (but I have to wait till tomorrows cold morning to be sure)
