I am now getting a whole new bumper ordered under warranty. As apparently the bumper appears to be somehow at fault ,go figure.XR6-t-69Thanks for your constructive advice hope u dont get stuffed around by a piece of plastic. 3 trip to dealer already. but alas hopefully prob solved with new bumper when fitted. If ya dont have somethin nice to say don`t say it. As I was ater usefull advice.As for the rest of you boys It was a hard fault to describe you really had to see it but I do caution dont play around with that black strip as thos tabs do have a history of stuffing up if played with.Thanks Guys Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I used a $2 can of matt black spray paint to touch up the intercooler, 3000km later and not one bit coming off. I just put newspaper in the lower grill to stop overspray.
