bcl Toughest BA Turbo Lifetime Members 3,408 Member For: 22y 2m Gender: Male Location: Sydney Posted 25/07/04 09:18 PM Share Posted 25/07/04 09:18 PM Well that was another enjoyable weekend amongst fellow T owners.Jeff and Therese made a huge effort to organize the weekend at a very low price.We managed to get lost and do an extra 23kms in the obs rally… I think 3 navigators in my car were too many, but it was a good drive.Dinner and presentation were very enjoyable, some of the girls took control of the dance floor as usual, and we all helped Ken celebrate his birthday in a big way (he wasn’t a pretty sight the next day.. I HAVE the photos).The Mogo zoo on Sunday morning was a highlight, and a relaxed pace while hangovers were being cured was appreciated.Captain Jeff took us for a pleasant ride on his “Clyde Princess” boat, on a cruise up the Clyde River to his hometown of Nelligan, and watching the 2 dolphins that cruised with us was great sight.Going home, I had a good run against a new $220k BMW 645 coupe ... we came onto a dual overtaking lane from behind a slower car doing 90kph ... he gunned it hard and so did I in 4th ... I think he must have been shocked as I easily cruised past him.Thanks to all for another great weekend away, and to Jeff and Therese.Brian and JoyceAdmin: Please set up a Gallery area.First picture is attached, Jeff presenting Cro prizes for winning the obs rally... well done Cro and Marianne.
