Realistically, the only way your average driving punter could find this obscure reference is to either become a traffic policeman or study traffic law.

Now there's an idea......., I can enrol at Uni, do a law degree, become a solicitor and defend the millions of hard done by motorists who have been booked for driving with their foggies on. :blush:

At last, I may have found my ideal career. :spoton:

You might make good money as a solicitor, but you wouldn't last long. If there on they get caught they get booked whats the defence. P.S. fog lights were even an offence under the traffic act of 1905 before the changes in 1999.
