If I was a copper I would book every fog light clown I saw, wouldn't need to book anyone else because I would have my weekly "quota" of tickets done in a day.What is even worse, and is downright dangerous IMO, are people (probably the same ones that drive with them on during sunny days) that DON'T turn them on, or their headlights or even parking lights when there IS fog. The other morning it was foggy and during my 45 minute journey to work I counted probably only about 6 cars with foggies on and another dozen with headlights only.
