It has Jilly J crying at news that son Steven will be getting the chop end of season. Apparently the 18 kilos he won't shead is the cause along with the playboy lifestyle/attitude he leads. As a lover of all things DJR this is going to keep me sad for sometime. From a sponsers perspective I would say it's results driven.It's a shame to see what was such a great team struggle to find themselves for such long period of time. No chance this season, but hopefully they get ontop of themselves next season or I would suggest that sponsers will see out their contracts and take their money elsewhere. Have not seen him lately but I know that prior to this season beggining, and the same went for last year, he had to shed a large amount of KG's in the off season. Sounds like he done what he did last year and gradually put it back on as the year has progressed.Don't know why when during the season he has all his food prepared for him? Lowndes is contracted to Ford until the end of 05 which now means that because Ford have a factory Team 'FPV' he stays with them for the duration of the contract.Johnson whilst a part of the ford umbrella is still a franchised team with no direct tie's to ford in relation to development and management.
