jas, not all utes have problems, mines 10,000 kay old and only been back to service once for water leak and that was fixed no dramas, you will get diff whine, but I think nearly every T ute got that, how many kays has the 2nd hand ute done and what price and options. Don't worry about the problems the fun you have in it will soon stop you thinking about little problems. Go buy it you'll love it

12500 km now, no problems to worry about so far. brakes are only now starting to shimmer a little. Will upgrade like others to DBA rotors and QFM pads.

stock auto XR6T .... just biding my time for a good trans mod prior to upgrade power with a chip/kit.

The utes are NOT prone to the driveline clunking as are the sedans, due to the solid rear axle. And they go like cut snakes!

go on. you know you want it. just be wary of the history of the previous owner.

How much are they asking, and how many km's?

^^^^^^^You little ripper!!!!^^^^^^^^^^^ :spoton: About the diff clunk.

I had this theory in mind when I decided on the ute, figured, can't remember the AU's ever having a diff lcunk and the BA is much the same at the rear and the diff is most likely identical so it shouldn't have it.

How hard to the go? Will my new ute go like a cut snake, with three pedals and all! :glad:
