Your in a turbo, overtake them, slam the brakes and take off.

Makes me happy every time some one pisses me off.

Makes the other dickhead sh*t themselves too :P

Yes, that little trick is in my repertoire as well. Works particularly well on multi lane roads with those who believe it is their god-given right to travel in the right-hand lane, regardless of if they are overtaking or not.

Hmmm, not sure that's really helping the situation ... may make you feel better, and I know the urge is strong, but really, that's only making things worse, isn't it? :pooh:

Maybe, but hopefully it teaches them one of life's little lessons.

Lucky I don't act out what I really feel like doing!!!

Yep.

Understand totally how frutrating some things can be. But....that little trick really is just ROAD RAGE.

Somewhere along, the cycle has to be broken by someone. Why not by members of this Mighty Fine Forum.

Try this. Just sit back and relax, take a deep breath and feel how good it is that YOU are in control.

It works.

I find it to be the total opposite.....perhaps just another of the many benefits of driving a White XR6T.

But after 37,000ks of driving I have only been hassled twice at the lights once by a V8 Calais and a WRX.

Almost everyone else is very polite to me...

I certianly notice a different attitude in my wifes or mates cars...people act just the way scoot described but in the T life is good.

Valid point, I seem to get every tom, richard and harry driving an SS ute out to prove a point and cut me off wherever possible.

Mackthknife: I usually try the sit back and take a breath tacktick first - but the relax part unfortunately doesn't last for too long at all!

Driving My Preciousssss has actually calmed me down a hell of a lot. I'm very confident in my car's abilities and knowing that, I'm very happy just to let the world (and the morons) pass me by.

They can act how they want, because at the end of the day, I arrive home in My Preciousssss and they arrive home in some pathetic loser sh*t-box.

I find the biggest problem is people don't realise that every time these tool boxes turn the key they are basicly operating a potential deadly wepon. Modern vehicles are a bit to quiet, you get in your comfort zone and ignore the world around you and that's when sh*t happens. I drive 750km a day and see this way to much.
