I have been searching for a service department in SE suburbs that actually likes cars. I think a 'performance' oriented service department would have to be run by enthusiasts though, who are actually interested in performance cars and customer satisfaction.How would this so called department look upon the issue of modifications and warranty? In fact if l got treated like a BMW customer l would be happy to pay BMW service pricing. That means free courtesy car, service performed as discussed prior and warranty work done without dicking around and the need for the car to return to the dealer repeatedly.
