Thanks to MISSXR and the other organisers, it was GREAT and a big THANKS to all that attended.

Although the weather was not perfect, we had a great feed and lots of fun.

Seeing 20+ XR's doing laps around the mountain was a sight to behold.

We had sleet driving back and the outside temp read 1c

A pic of some of the cars all lined up.

A BIG thank you to JB and Antionette, was very well planned and a great turn out as usual.

This being my 4th cruise, it was great to see some new faces amongst the familiar ones :spoton:

To say it was horrible weather would be an understatement, next time I wont wash my car before the cruise, was certain to bring rain.

Didn't get a chance to say farewell to many of you properly, apologies for that...you guys were giving the monaro so much grief, we had to leave early

On a serious note, I know James (the monaro) really enjoyed the day and I even managed to get him to sign up on here so he can view the pics etc. his nick is 'monaro'.

Many of the pics I uploaded in the gallery were possible due to CITRIC and MRS CITRIC (Damo and Georgie) - thanks to you guys for taking them on my behalf :glad:

Yeah, great cruise even given the weather. Car went like a rocket, cold weather must have added 2lb boost to an already leathal weapon. Lots of cut outs under full load (eh, Jeff :cartman: ) but major fun.

Like to do it again but in the dry and before winter ends :spoton:

All,

A big thanks to the organisers and also a thanks to all who attended for tolerating the lion that didn't belong :freaks:

I had an excellent time and am well in awe of all your cars. To be honest, I came home and spent a good hour or so researching supercharger kits for the LS1 :cartman:

For those who were concerned, I infact didn't need to top up the oil during the cruise. I did however burn over 60 litres of optimax. Thanks Holden, love that fuel economy.
