Hopefully you can touch it up.But ...Hate to kick a dog while he's down, but didn't we spend some time debating whether mrs richdave should be left with the keys to the car while mr richdave was away? Seems we were worried about the wrong person .

Guest womandriver Guests Posted 26/02/03 11:16 AM Share Posted 26/02/03 11:16 AM Have done some major damage under the front of the air dam on mine on my driveway at home - the contractor from the council who built it some time ago left a hump in it. They are supposed to be coming to fix it....in the meantime I've had to find a temporary fix.At least you can't see it unless you look under the car. I can handle stone chips (don't like them, but what can you do?) but nudging a gutter is just the worst. I'm lucky I don't have a dog as I'm sure it would of had very sore ribs by now (/jkg)! :o I've been waiting a month for the loca lFord dealer to get some touch up paint in. HellionXR6T I'm Back!! Thats right, long over due! :) Lifetime Members 4,348 Member For: 22y 1m 28d Gender: Male Location: West Brisbane Posted 27/02/03 01:53 AM Share Posted 27/02/03 01:53 AM Hey Richdave...I know someone else had said that you were worried about your Missus driving the beast and now look what's happened so I'll shut up. Some would say bad karma? Anyway. Battle scars will happen. At least your car was perfect for a little while.Stone chip down the side flare just under the drivers door.....Not Happy!!! Only have 1 damn stone chip at the front on the bottom lip of the "air dam", just enough to know it's there, spewin because I'm trying to keep the car perfect until the MING protection second coat is applied after they fix up the dodgiest boot ever installed on a BA falcon!!!!!We all know that story. Bl**dy thing goes into the hands of the butchers (Fender Menders) Monday evening :( 3, (Did I say 3? Make that 5!!!) metal filings under the paint on the boot, jagged metal edge at the top left hand side of the boot, paint is literally falling off the spoiler, first the left hand tip, now happening on the right hand side. Majorly p*ssed awf!!!! My poor baby, noooooooo  And to top things off the damn computer needs resetting as after their co-called 3,000k courtesy checkup, the drivers side window now conveniently winds down automatically when you unlock the P.O.S. OH GREAT, WHAT ELSE??? Now I have to go out of my way AGAIN this afternoon to fix the %&@%@ thing!!!Starting to think that I should have stuck with our AU III VCT. This BA is really pissing me off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
