I think Redcliff Dyno have done work on an NA that is owned by one of our fellow forumers. Using I think a Unichip, headers, exhaust and air filter with quite reasonable power increase.

Hey, stop using my name in vein.

Yep, it's me.

Sig says it all.

That's a sexy pic there Benny. Gee who took that one

Yep, also Silverbullet has the same kit on his HgAg N/A. It rocks but my beef is there is nothing in 3rd and I want to compete with you turbo boys. No fault of Steve's or RDP. It's the :pinch: SSS!!! 1st and 2nd gears are unbelievable, shift into 3rd and it's game over. NOTHING happens but it's always been like that. Redcliffe Dyno & Performance are AWESOME! They know their stuff and managed to pull quite a few extra horses out, resulting in a hell of a performance difference without doing anything major. I'd recommend anyone going to them as I always have and will continue to do.

In fact I'm very likely getting Steve to supercharge the beast with one of the CAPA Performance Vortech (non-intercooled) kits.

There is another option I'm looking into at the moment but it will be a bit's and pieces kinda deal, decisions, decisions!!!

I've noticed that with the CAPA supercharger kits, there is absolutely no increase in torque.

can anyone enlighten me on this?

I too have wondered about this...

I find this hard to believe. I am not doubting you guys one bit, please dont get me wrong.

I have supercharged my XC, using a Vortech J trim blower (the second biggest), supplied by CAPA), and it pulls like there's no tomorrow. Ive had several people in the car, and they say they've been in nothing that pulls as hard as my car does. And one of these guys owns a serious FJ20T.

I would be interested to see how much the CAPA cars have at, say, 3000rpm, because at those revs, my XC is a absolute animal. And that was back when the motor was stock! 200,000 k's old too! OK its a 351, so its got some additional cubes, but I still cant work out why the CAPA cars have no torque.

Wayne, go supercharge your N/A. Now! You wont regret it. Or wait until my XC is back on the road. That car will then convince you. Trust me! :pinch:
