The 911 turb, pulls bloody hard in a strait line, t was the quickest accelerating car from varieous speeds, and I am talking Audi R8, Ferrari F430, Bently GT Continental, BMW M6 and a few others. Having been a Porsche fan my whole life, well ever since I watched Condor man, I was dssapointed by the wow factor, when I finnaly got to drive one.

You hear Jeremy Clarkson rubbish some dam good cars as they are so sterile, and for me the Porsche was. Where as te Maseratti Grand Turismo, which in all honesty is not much faster than a good XR6T had heaps mor character.

All these years later, my voted was for the porsche. I was thinking when it comes to chicks and you tell them you drive a Ford the reaction woudlnt be the same with the Porsche, even the poverty model.

Got to agree with I.B The porsche will get the fluff. Especially when it comes to woman my wife`s bosses wife would n`t buy a territory because it had a ford badge and went and bought one if those compact landrovers.

porsche spend some money on it and make it better it is and always will be a porsche even if it is a crap one

or buy the ford and even though it may be a better car no matter how fast it is even with a sh*t load of mods its always just gonna be a ford

Id take the GTP anyday, couple of reasons too:

1. Theyre the posh version of a chicks VW beetle

2. Your cock actually relocates from your groin to your head at point of puchase

3. You will be the envy of every gay guy driving a green hyundai getz

Make it a Cayman and I'd consider the Porsche... just so no one could see me. :P

I voted Porsche because I would get the Cayman instead of the Boxter & choose that definetly over a stock GTP.

unless I have to get a 4x4 (Stupid horses) my next car should be a Cayman.

Buying a boxer is the equivalent of buying an xr6 and putting turbo badges on it. Buy the real deal or don't f*ckin bother.

The Cayman is a pretty tight little unit.

After half a day of some "spirited" driving in one, I was really surprised at how much I could see myself in the thing.

The company I work for just took over the role of managing the Carrera Cup series and I have to admit, my general dislike for the Porsche image has softened a little. No one can deny that they make an extremely high quality machine.

Maybe I'll ask them for a 911 Turbo as a company car LOL :spoton:
