I've been told 17 times now "we've updated the ECU let us know how it goes" even though there arn't 17 ecu updates... x 17So on Monday morning I took it to Gregorys Ford in Braddon, was a bit saddened by the lack of friendly service in the office, but the guys on the floor are bloody legends.I replicated the problem, and they checked it out. Got on the phone to Ford, disconnected some wire, still happened. Now I find out a new gear box is being ordered for me and I didn't even pressure them for one!!! :DAnother wrap for Gregorys, they've fixed about 4 and had a go at another 4 of my remaining 18 issues. They also told me my exhaust was loose, and even missing one bolt. As part of general turbo servicing, they need to retighten the exhaust bolts. Aparantly this has never been done.Anway, big to Gregorys for finally getting me a new box and giving great service. :banghead: never thought I'd ever use that one.. The gearbox works great and that is why I am affraid to change it. Same reason as the diff, I do not want one that is worse! I only had my lower grill and Vortex thingy installed at Gregory's but I found the office guys great to deal with and the service guys were good to. They have a nice setup there.
