Thanks for sharing it with us If possible it would be good to see some info on modded LS1s , though this could be difficult as from what I understand they are mostly combos of Edit. throttle body and zorst mods , not kits as such from APS , Nizpro etc

This vehicle got my attention as it would definately dispose of 99.9% of traffic light irritations, and should run 10s if one were inclined, would satisfy my need for a "very fast car". One needs a car like your proposing once in ones life for the sheer hell of it. (Did someone mention mid life crisis )Cheers Rob

If all goes to plan we will have the APS phase IV enginering test mule in the magazines later this year, that will give the Journo's something to think about for a while and get them into plenty of trouble. The phase IV system will only be recommended for XR6T's with serious drive train upgrades and is not recommended for T's with auto transmissions unless the stock Ford auto has been replaced with an auto which has a much higher Torque capacity. I have no doubt that a T with this APS Phase IV system will run in the 10's at a big MPH (130mph+). Bring on the mid life crisis - sounds like a lot of FUN to me. It would be good to compare against the HSV products as well as Nizpro on your next version and hopefully the LS1s if they have incremental stage kits from one reputable modder. And Pete, 500rwkws................OMG. Bring it on!!!! A mid life crisis would be a great excuse to tell the minister of finance!Good luck and I hope to join your Phase II club soon. RegardsPeter Thanks Pete, but would you be able to arrange a suitable drivetrain for this vehicle? I have no interest in chasing around for a gearbox here or a diff there, I would just want to give you the car and, pick it up done and really, apart from checking the oil, etc I have no interest in lifting the bonnet. Do you third party the drivetrain for customers at all?. It must be an auto Anyway Cheers Rob

CheersThanks mate it's sure to be plenty of fun for the Ford guys and lets hope many more XR6T's can then give the faster supercharged LS1 holdens a good run for the money. Oh and I hope you join the Phase II club real soon. Peter
