hi all

how are u ?

I was just sitting outside my room to chill, after a hard day of studying, an SS ute (I think ) drove into my path way, I guess it must be my neighbour's friend. when it tried to take off with a slow speed. the sound from the exhuast ot maybe from the engine impressed me a lot.  it is kinda deep and smooth, not noise, but quite laund.

I start to think about my T, it gives a great sound when it rev up with throttle take off, but I want more like cruising with a decent sound(obisously I want to be noticeble as well). I have been looking at the forum. I reckon my T is the quitest out of all Ts.  I feel like is my t still asleep? I cant hear anything when I cruise at the legal speed...

so I want to post this msg to look for some tips make my t to be noticeable...

yours

Stevo

Hi Stevo, This is Peter from APS. We have an awesome exhaust system to suit the T, made in 304 stainless steel and complete with a super high flow 3.5'' cat converter, the exhaust is designed for up to 600 HP applications. If you are interested let me know where you reside and I will give contact details of a dealer who can help you, or if your in Melbourne we at APS will be able to assist you. :spoton:

Regards

Peter

Hey Peter, can you get some good quality sound files that we can download of a T with your "awsome" APS system on it! :beerchug:

Thanks!

PS. I am yet to hear what the T sound like with decent exhaust, if its anything like the Supras/Skylines then I'd say "Err... Can't complain f#$&in".

Of course this is possible and I will attempt to have this on our website tomorrow.

We could just have a sound clip of the engine at idle and pulling a few REVS to give you an idea, or we could have the engine at full noise on the dyno (which would you prefer) though the tyre noise can be a distraction.

Stevo

I have the APS zorst and though it sounds meatier than stock at idle it is not loud like some of the ricer set ups. Sounds great particularly when the cat is under load, also a very pleasing burble when backing off

Hope this helps

Hi Stevo

I have the aps exhaust on my car and I have to say the sound is really nice, not to loud at cruising speeds but with a deep tone and nice and crisp on full noise. Not sure where your from but if your near sydney you can have a listen to mine if you like.

Cheers

Frank
