Mine wasn't and the first time I filled up I had to get the Visa out when the attendant said PULP was not allowed on the card! I did however request a BP card in addition to the Caltex since BP is more widely available than Caltex. On the price front, I got my first monthly statement and I'm paying 88 - 91 cents per litre (base on a pump price 0f 98 - 104 cents per litre) for ULP so PULP will still be below $1 per litre.
